The airport is right on the boarder with Mexico. Be careful not to mistake it to Tijuana airport (right next to it). My CFI used to like to go there for night landing training as it's like landing in the black hole. There is sometimes F18 training there too. The Landing Strip is the bar / restaurant on the filed. Do not expect much from the place.
